Our client's customers are the heartbeat of its business, and it’s searching for a Customer Success Manager, Enterprise, who will be a trusted partner to its customers and influence positive business outcomes with a focus on the post-sales lifecycle.
How you’ll contribute:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, playing a primary role in providing strategic guidance and support.
Oversee timely contract renewals and negotiations, and identify upsell opportunities based on customers' evolving needs and the company's product offerings.
Partner with key stakeholders and executives to achieve their business goals, addressing roadblocks as needed.
Collaborate with clients on developing tailored account plans and success metrics.
Proactively identify potential risks to customer satisfaction and retention and develop mitigation plans.
Provide insights to the product and development teams by representing the voice of the customer.
What we’re looking for in you:
7+ years of relevant work experience in customer-facing roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to convey ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
Strategic mindset with the ability to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for value creation.
Experience in driving customer retention and expansion.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and build processes from the ground up.
Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM or GTM systems.
Preferred experience in SaaS, technology, or software industries.
