About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance to serve as the senior executive for various financial functions, including accounting, payroll, accounts payable, financial planning and analysis, and revenue recognition. The role involves overseeing and organizing leadership teams, advising the executive leadership on financial matters, leading the monthly financial close process, and executing the annual year-end audit. The successful candidate will also be responsible for strategic management of third-party reimbursement, supporting M&A activities, and developing and monitoring the Annual Operating Plan. Additionally, the SVP will be tasked with evaluating financial systems and leading the implementation of new software, as well as hiring, developing, and leading a high-performing team.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business, with an MBA or CPA highly desirable. A minimum of eight to ten years of accounting/finance experience, preferably within a healthcare institution, is required, along with extensive experience in a high-level leadership role. The role demands a professional with a CPA or CMA license or equivalent experience, who can maintain confidentiality, demonstrate problem-solving and change management skills, and exhibit leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will be a change agent, capable of thinking innovatively, and possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
