IT Services Coordinator

Job Description Job Description BRC is a professional services firm specializing in the field of accident analysis and injury causation consulting. BRC has also conducted extensive research in the fields of accident reconstruction and biomechanics, with regular publication in peer-reviewed journals.

For the position we are seeking an IT Services Coordinator serving as the first line of defense for general IT troubleshooting in the office. The role entails diligent vendor management of our outsourced IT vendor who manages our broader IT infrastructure. The coordinator is tasked with monitoring trends in IT operations performance and communicating these insights to the CEO, along with proposing action plans to optimize IT efficiency across various departments and throughout the company. The Coordinator is also responsible for software license management.

BRC’s corporate hours support a work schedule of Mon. – Fri., 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CT; however, flex time is available. We offer a competitive compensation package including a discretionary bonus program and a generous benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and vision benefits and a 401(k) plan.

Minimum requirements include:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in IT support or a related role.

Strong understanding if IT systems and help desk support operations.

Good overall understanding of computers, Windows, networking, and hardware.

Experience in project management, vendor management, and performance tracking.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to work independently, but also with teams, and communicate effectively.

Possess a competent level of relationship skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information.
