The Marketing Testing & Optimization Manager is a critical member of the Acquisition team and is responsible for the growth, optimization, and ongoing management of test-and-learn initiatives. This individual must be results oriented and able to own the ideation, implementation, and performance of tests designed to drive new member enrollment and lifetime value.

Responsibilities:

Drive profitable growth and ongoing optimizations for our managed accounts product through marketing testing initiatives, with a particular focus on landing pages to improve conversion rates.

Align optimizations against key leading and lagging metrics and be accountable for business outcomes.

Work cross-functionally with Relationship Management, Analytics, Technology, Product, Brand, and Compliance teams to enact continuous testing.

Analyze and report on test results. Must be able to connect performance with activities and implement changes based on the data.

Explain and present test results to audiences with different levels of seniority and act as a subject matter expert on this topic both internally and externally.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technical updates, and best practices in digital marketing to drive innovation and performance.

Requirements:

5+ years of digital marketing experience

Experience working with Adobe products (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe CDP, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch etc.) or related tools

Passion for testing and marketing experimentation

Driven and goal-oriented; enjoys working in a metrics-driven environment

Thrives in a collaborative, distributed environment

Growth mindset with a curiosity about finding new revenue opportunities

Attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance in the client experience

Resourceful and comfortable working independently

Technical marketing skills; able to learn new platforms and troubleshoot issues

Experience working with developers is a huge plus

Can handle feedback and projects of varying complexity

Edelman Financial Engines takes a market-based approach to pay. The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $101,775 - $135,700. However, final base pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, job-related skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions.

Additionally, this role may be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans, and 401(k) contributions.
