Looking to hire an Android Automotive engineer for onsite position; schedule is: Monday to Friday 9-5 work week.
HAVE: In depth hands-on development experience with Android HALs such as Audio, Vehicle HAL in C++. This project entails Android framework development and candidates must have hands-on development in C++ for Android Framework AOSP.
This is NOT an Android application development role. Please do not submit any candidates for Android application developer.

Description
We're seeking Android embedded software engineer to develop and to support Android Automotive OS for our infotainment system.
Design, implement, and deliver Android system and framework components for in-vehicle software system.
Work with application software engineers and user experience team to create a modular and extensible system
Diagnose, analyze, and resolve relevant issues based on testing, and user validation.
Requirements
A minimum of 5+ years of industry experience in Android development, and proven industry experience of shipping Android software products.
Experience with Android AOSP, Android frameworks or Android HALDomain knowledge and experience of software development on the Android system, and have worked with multiple area of Android SDK.
Experience with software design and architecture of components in complex system Proficiency in C++ and Java programming to write clean and well structured code.
Experience with IDEs, source code management, unit testing, code review, issue tracking, and performance analysis tools.
Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly and effectively.
BS minimum in the areas of Computer Science, Computer engineering, Electrical engineering or other related fields
The national base pay range below is a good-faith estimate of what our client may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Client's assessment of the candidates knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity. $135,000 - $140,000
