**About Us**
Regeneron is a trailblazer in the Biotech industry, renowned for our commitment to innovation and excellence. We are seeking a Innovative Director of Cybersecurity Design to lead the charge in embedding security into every aspect of our operations.
**About the Role**
This is a unique opportunity for a forward-thinking leader to champion a "security by design" philosophy throughout our organization. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy that integrates security considerations from the very beginning of every project, product, and process.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Craft and lead the execution of a groundbreaking "security by design" program, fostering a culture of security awareness and proactive risk mitigation.
+ Partner with engineering, product development, and other key stakeholders to ensure secure design principles are embedded throughout the entire development lifecycle.
+ Oversee the implementation of secure coding practices, threat modeling, and vulnerability assessments.
+ Advocate for and implement security best practices across all departments.
+ Advise on the selection and implementation of security tools and technologies that seamlessly integrate with our development processes.
+ Stay current on evolving security threats and trends, recommending proactive measures to stay ahead of the curve.
+ Collaborate on the development and delivery of security awareness training programs for employees at all levels.
+ Report to senior leadership on the overall cybersecurity posture and progress aligned to the Cybersecurity Framework alignment initiatives.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
+ Deep understanding of security by design principles and methodologies (Secure Development Lifecycle – SDL, etc.).
+ Experience in integrating security considerations into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
+ Strong working knowledge of secure coding practices, threat modeling, and vulnerability management.
+ Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
+ Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of security ownership across the organization.
+ Experience developing and delivering security awareness training programs.
+ Familiarity with relevant security frameworks and compliance standards (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, etc.) is a plus.
