About the Role
In the Staff System Engineer role, you will be responsible for leading, designing and delivering enterprise integrations and dashboarding tools to support production reliability (monitoring, alerting, event management, log analysis, APM, collaboration). You will provide guidance to engineering to deliver performance and service standards from your internal customer's requirements. Under your technical leadership you will develop new integrations along with a plan to optimize existing tools while consolidating our footprint. An ideal candidate will be unrelenting at implementing with good architecture design principles, solid development practices and deliverables that are secure, repeatable and scalable.
This role reports to the Vice President, Architecture and Engineering.

Criteria Requirement You have a BS or MS in Business, Computer Sciences, Engineering, or related field (an equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience may be considered)
You have a minimum of 10+ years in related work experience
You have 10 years' experience working in system integration or automation
You are familiar with the principles of DevOps
You have superior oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others
You are proficiency working in a complex, dynamic technical environment
You have expert knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux)

For California Only:
The expected starting pay range for this position is $150,000-180,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
