Managing Account Supervisor, Financial & Professional Services

We are looking for a Managing Account Supervisor to join our team in the Financial and Professional Services sector.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of core account members and specialists to execute signature projects and creative campaigns – including, leading the development and execution of detailed workback plans.
Build programs in collaboration with Ketchum teams in analytics, influencer engagement, production, design, and earned media to achieve clients’ business objectives
Learn and provide strategic counsel in dynamic banking and finance industries that require a deep understanding of audiences and how they engage in different channels.
Demonstrate proficiency in writing and editing materials including plans/programs, marketing materials, client press releases, byline articles, correspondence, and report
Conduct research to shape topics and directions for client thought leadership work that advances equity and inclusion.
Plan, organize and execute client events and convenings – including, stakeholder mapping for panel discussions and fireside chats to promote new thought leadership research. Research potential convening partners, panelists, and moderators to provide strategic recommendations.
Strive to develop the best communication. and presentation skills possible to effectively articulate ideas to clients, colleagues, and others
Demonstrate creative and critical thinking skills, with the ability to turn an idea into a campaign
Stay on top of trends in the industry; bring them to the attention of clients and associates, as appropriate
Act as a primary contact to clients, continually fostering client-agency relationships to build trust and become a valuable resource to clients
Participate in new business programming and presentations
Experience leading/managing research (surveys, trends, and other secondary research) and measurement (social media and earned media) work is a major plus.
Experience in banking, automotive retail, financing, aftermarket, energy, or industrial a plus
The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, past training, skills and abilities of applicant, internal equity and local geographic market data. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
