About the Role:
As a Marketing Coordinator at Bartesian, you will support our multi-channel marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. This junior-level role is ideal for a creative and organized individual to gain hands-on experience in building marketing strategies, campaign execution, and consumer engagement initiatives.
Job Description
Assist in the development, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and email.
Support the management of Bartesian’s social media platforms, including day-to-day posting and performance monitoring to ensure creative quality and cohesion, DM management and community engagement.
Support the Influencer team with research/identification/outreach of influencers and campaign strategies.
Work closely with the Influencer team to establish an annual social calendar that includes all of Bartesian’s key initiatives and events.
Ideate and facilitate production & post-production of short-form video deliverables, with a focus on TikTok and IG Reels. Must be comfortable with showing face in video and on socials.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media to incorporate into the overall strategy.
Qualifications
1+ years of experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Ability to stay organized while prioritizing multiple tasks and projects
Must work well in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work cross-functionally, openness to learning from others
Aptitude for thinking analytically, with a results-driven mindset
Ability to quickly edit your own videos as well as create videos using other team members' content.
