What does this role look like?
• Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently via telephone, calls and live chat, taking ownership of the enquiry in line with agreed policies - using excellent communication skills, problem solving and professional phone etiquette.
• Consistently deliver customer service targets and service standards as specified.
• Carry out required administration functions efficiently and effectively and within agreed standards.
• Collaborate within the team to clarify facts, exchange information or resolve enquiries.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and taking ownership of opportunities for improvement to the processes you use.
• Meet regularly with manager to give feedback to help improve customer service culture, response times and tools to improve staff experience.
• Whilst upholding Games Workshop culture.
• Organizes, directs and assigns coverage and daily duties.
• Negotiates Conflict Resolution as a point of escalation for standard Customer Service Advisors
• Understand and implement new processes as directed by Manager
