Our publisher account management team is hiring a new Account Manager, who will focus on prospecting and scaling new partnerships as well as overseeing and scaling a portfolio of existing relationships with key media partners. You will work on strategic projects with various stakeholders and teams across the organization to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. You will be adept at negotiating and communicating with both internal and external teams. You will develop deep relationships with partners and grow accounts in a high-paced and entrepreneurial environment. You will lead technical integrations, design custom marketing solutions and experiences, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a detail-oriented problem solver, able to deliver results on tight deadlines. Responsibilities Assume revenue and margin responsibility for a set of existing strategic partnerships, serving as their internal and external advocate
Identify prospects and schedule Sales Meetings
Expertly navigate phones calls and emails to make contact with key decision makers.
Follow up with leads via phone and email to schedule meetings between prospects
Build strong, consultative relationships with partner accounts
Scale partnerships and meet revenue and margin targets in a fast-paced, high-growth, high-visibility business unit
Provide support and manage day-to-day activities of existing accounts; reporting, performance feedback, billing reconciliations, campaign setup, testing, etc.
Analyze publisher performance and provide recommendations to maximize yield
Work with creative, product, engineering and business unit teams to design and launch custom integrations on partner sites
Effectively and professionally represent QuinStreet and its products
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Account Management in the credit card online affiliate space
Hustle, a strong work ethic, and a desire to win are an absolute must!
Sound persuasion and negotiation skills; ability to build trust, rapport via telephone and email
Strong problem identification and resolution skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Demonstrated experience attaining or exceeding revenue targets
Detail-oriented, with an ability to prioritize activities appropriately to maximize results
Strong technical aptitude, ability and desire to learn quickly
Self-motivated with the ability to take direction and work independently with little supervision
BA/BS degree required in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
The expected salary range for this position is $50,000 USD to $85,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company's compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company's standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits. #LI-REMOTE Flexibility for occasional travel to different offices or events is essential to fulfill the duties of this role. This may include attending meetings, conferences, or training sessions, as well as collaborating with team members or partners in various locations.
