**Customer Support Representative Overview**

The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for specific duties as they relate to supporting warehouse function and customer service. This individual will be an essential part to the cornerstone of USTs growth and success that is built upon the expectation that EVERY team member will Execute Excellence Every time - simply known internally as E3.

**Responsibilities**

*(include, but are not limited to)*

* Ensure drivers are supported while en route and updating supporting documentation

* Providing communication to other departments and/or vendors to support other processes including, but not limited to, routing, claims, and compliance

* Serve as a point of contact for customer support, inquiries, and escalation resolution

* Maintain documentation and records on all interactions with customers and/or vendors

* Maintain accurate invoicing and reporting

* Assist distribution center Managers and Supervisors with daily administrative tasks and other duties as needed

* Maintains a clean and safe working environment

* Maintains a positive working relationship with all team members

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent education

* Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook

* Effective written and verbal communication

* Valid Drivers License

* Flexible Schedule Must be able to work a schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays

* Integrity in all things
