Typical Day in the Life

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Consultant with a strong focus on Technology Change Management to join our team. In this role, you will guide our mid-market and enterprise clients across various industries through technological transformations, ensuring smooth transitions and sustainable change. A typical day as a Business Solutions Consultant may include the following:

Challenge Identification and Solution Development: Identify business and technology challenges and create appropriate solutions and strategies for our clients. Innovative Problem Solving: Develop solutions to business and technology challenges, recommending creative approaches to solve clients' business problems.

Assessments & Road Mapping: Provide independent assessments of our client's business and technology environments, assessing processes, business applications, people, data, platforms and security to develop road maps that guide client's initiatives.

Business Improvements Implementation: Recommend business process changes, technology improvements and organizational change for clients across various industries.

Business Case Development: Understand business strategy and goals, develop business case justifications, and perform cost/benefit analyses for spending initiatives, leveraging technology solutions to support business needs.

Technology Evaluation: Evaluate competing technology solutions for business fit, value, and return on investment.

Organizational Change Management: Coach clients through organizational change management to ensure effective adoption of new technologies.

Analytical Deliverables: Develop detailed, compelling, and analytical deliverables to convey complex thoughts and ideas to our clients.

Consultative Business Development: Support consultative business development efforts, effectively leading discovery calls with clients and prospects, proposal design and development, and building relationships across the firm.

Consulting and Advisory Services: Deliver high-quality consulting and advisory services to our clients.

Client Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships and effectively manage expectations.

Emerging Technologies: Stay current with emerging technologies and changes in the business and technology environment along with industry best practices.

Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership to internal and external clients.

Who You Are

We are seeking consultants who are looking to improve our client's business operations through efficiencies and process improvements to deliver a strategic business value to those clients. Our ideal candidate will be naturally inquisitive, driven to find optimal solutions and is at ease in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. We value collaboration, authenticity, creativity, curiosity and tenacity.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA degree is a plus.

You have 5-7 years of experience in IT and business consulting and technology implementations.

You have proven experience working in an organization or consulting with clients having complex technology environments.

You do well providing business process analysis, requirement definitions and solution analysis.

You have proven experience finding business process improvements and utilization of technology to facilitate those process improvements.

You are able to help clients with technology and business application selection processes, vendor negotiations and contract analysis.

You are willing to go where our clients are, with up to 40% of your time being travel.

Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship at any point in the future.

Benefits and Compensation

Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000
