Solar Installer/Removal and Reinstallation

Position Summary:
As a Solar Panel Installer at Blue Raven, you'll play a crucial role in not just installing but also removing and reinstalling solar systems for roof repairs. Your day-to-day will involve spending 70-90% of your time on rooftops, working with systems of various angles and heights, and in all weather conditions. Travel Costs and per diem will be paid by Blue Raven

Essential Duties:
+ Follow layout plans and perform the structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipment
+ Support the crew to assure the successful completion of the solar system installation
+ Document completion of quality installation
+ Compliance with OSHA standards
Key Competencies:
+ Must be able to consistently carry up to 60 pounds
+ Must be comfortable working with heights (Ladders, stairs, and roofs)
+ Must have a reliable means of transportation
+ Prior residential solar installation experience preferred but not required
+ Prior roofing/roofer experience or residential construction preferred but not required
