Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable management or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred but not required.
Experience in government contract billing and collections preferred.
