ABOUT YOU:
As the Finance Director, you will be the key link between the financial activities of the company and management. Manage controlling, financial reporting, compliance, treasury, and financial planning processes for the company. Assist stakeholders in making educated economic decisions about the company’s future.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY JOB LOOK LIKE?
Partner with and provide financial thought-leadership to the CFO as well as other senior management; provide insightful value-added advice and recommendations
Perform thorough analysis of financial results, demonstrating a strong understanding of the key business drivers and meet monthly with the CFO to review results compared to budget, forecast and prior year
Lead development of annual budgets, forecasting, multi-year Strategic Plan and Monthly Forecast Updates; conduct Financial review / vetting thereof
Lead preparation of annual budgets, forecasting, quarterly Business Review and Monthly Business Review and corresponding reports and presentations
Analyze the balance sheet, including working capital components to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
Oversee the audit process and other requirements to comply with legislation and parent company’s policies
Manage in a reporting relationship the Finance Manager role, providing guidance, mentorship and oversight
Oversee and analyze the activities of the accounting department for the accurate preparation and timely dissemination of financial management reports
Manage the credit and collections team, ensuring consistent improvement in Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), timely cash collections of A/R, and proper credit risk management
Establish, develop and maintain systems and (internal) controls that verify the integrity of all systems, processes and data, and enhance the company's value
Contribute to the success of the business by leading or assisting with other (special) projects and tasks as assigned
Work closely with other operating companies to align policies and provide guidance
Work with Pon N.A. to ensure corporate income tax compliance and assist in the accurate and timely completion of all corporate income tax returns
Work closely with parent organization, Pon Bike, supplying timely responses to all requests
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
10+ years of experience in a senior-level role in Finance or Accounting
Experience leading a small team
Business Administration background is preferred
Solid knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulations
Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, reporting, audits, etc.)
Understanding of data analysis and forecasting
Strong working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP accounting software, SAP required; experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) preferred
Strong ability in BI and dashboard analysis, creation and maintenance
Well-organized with the ability to prioritize
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and forward-thinking creative problem-solving ability
Ability to transform data into an engaging format understood by all departments
Strong ability to meet deadlines
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend and explain documents in English. Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, in English.

SALARY RANGE: This compensation package will be dependent on experience, qualifications, industry experience and the interview with a potential range of up to $150,000 - $200,000.
