Position Summary
Southface’s GoodUse program helps nonprofits reduce utility costs and reinvest those savings into their programs
This position will report to the Program Manager of GoodUse in support of grant and client management with a focus on the Renew America’s Nonprofits grant
Project Coordinators are key contributors to the success of our projects
They are primarily task focused, they lead the preparation and delivery of work that supports the GoodUse Program
The ideal candidate will be dedicated to nonprofit work and helping other nonprofits working for the greater good; be proactive and responsive
They must be able to give and receive constructive criticisms in reference to the work.
Role Responsibilities
Supports grant management, reporting, and grant writing activities as it relates to the Renew America’s Nonprofit grant.
Communicats and coordinates grant deliverables including The Building America Buy America Act (BABA) National Environmental Police Act *NEPA and Davis Bacon compliance.
Assists with Salesforce data management
Enters and tracks data in ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager
Assists with reports, case studies, and grant submittals including editing and formatting for building assessments, grants, and funder reports.
Performs outreach, researches, and provides customer service to clients and partners through phone, email, and in-person communications.
Provides general administrative support, including coordinating meetings, managing email inboxes, voicemails, and file management.
Develops case studies and marketing materials in collaboration with the marketing team/consultants.
Attends site visits for projects to effectively develop content, photo documents, and develops creative methods to report quantitative and qualitative data.
Represent Southface in a variety of public forums.

$55,000 annually

Schedule:
Monday through Friday.
Flexible scheduling hybrid 2/3 split.
8:30 a.m
to 5:30 p.m
Occasional evening or weekend hours.
Q
ualifications
Minimum of bachelor’s degree or three years of experience in a relevant field.
2 to 3 years of experience working on project teams.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Salesforce experience is preferred.
Prior experience with Google suite, Docu Sign and Sage Intact
Valid driver’s license with no major violations
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated professionalism.
Exceptional task management and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Collaborative, accountable and possess a positive team-building demeanor.
Physical Requirements
Ability to carry 35 pounds, which may involve carrying project materials including program signs, presentation materials and equipment, such as a projector.
