Are you a numbers whiz with a passion for accuracy? Our client is on the hunt for a dynamic AR Analyst to join their dedicated financial operations team in Boston, MA. Compensation: $23 - $25/hour
Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities as the Tax Analyst:
Mail Distribution: Sort and distribute daily department mail.
Calendar Monitoring: Monitor calendars and log all filings, maintaining a record of certified mailings.
Form Processing: Coordinate the processing, filing, and payment of required forms.
Annual Reports: Prepare and file Annual Reports, including maintaining a current list of officers and directors.
Business Licenses: Prepare business licenses, send locations the original, and make a copy for corporate files.
Data Entry: Perform data entry for purchases to determine taxability by jurisdiction.
Miscellaneous Projects: Assist with miscellaneous other projects as requested.
Qualifications for the Tax Analyst:
Education: 2-year degree or two to four years of related experience.
Experience: Accounting experience is a plus.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and rapport-buildingskills with a strong attention to detail.
Technical Skills: Excellent computer skills, including experience with MS Word and Excel.
