As a member of the AWS generative AI Product Marketing team, you will partner with stakeholders across AWS Sales, AWS Marketing, and AWS service teams to create and implement programs and processes at scale that help us tell AWS’s most important stories to customers and partners around the world. You will work closely with AWS subject matter experts, product marketers, and content managers who are responsible for delivering messages to a large, globally distributed audience, both internally and externally.

This role may sit in the following locations only: Arlington, VA, USA | San Jose, CA, USA | Seattle, WA, USA Relocation offered to these locations only from within the USA only.

Key job responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be comfortable organizing and driving the development of high-volume, quality content and messaging that feeds marketing channels. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, and comfortable navigating through rapidly changing priorities.

Create and manage effective processes to broadly disseminate new messaging, updated priorities, and hot topics and track success metrics for these processes

Ensure internal messaging and content is engaging, up-to-date, easily discoverable, and usable

Eliminate content sprawl by ensuring the highest quality content is always easily accessible to internal and external audiences

Drive collaboration with stakeholder teams

Manage cross category reporting to provide program metrics to leadership

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
