The Regional Sales Director (America) will be responsible for building, developing, motivating and maintaining a Sales team in America. They will be accountable to define and meet budget expectations and sales targets.
Responsibilities
(a)Provide clear strategic direction for Sales activities in a multi-year timeframe.
(b)Build, develop, motivate and maintain a team to cover sales of Richfuls entire product line inAmerica.
(c)Coordinate the acquisition of market research and competitor insights to improve the Sales targeting process.
Manage the budget within the agreed, allocated level and set sales targets for the team in conjunction with the Overseas Sales director and Global Product Line Director
