Job Summary : As part of our continuing pattern of growth and success, RCM&D is currently searching for results-oriented Sales Executives to work in Property and Casualty division in its regional office locations in Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. The Sales Executives we seek understand overall business risks and the financial challenges important to our clients, and are committed to creating and cultivating strong client relationships. Our industry specialties include Healthcare, Education, Real Estate, Construction, Professional Services firms, Human Service & Non Profits, Manufacturing, and Transportation & Distribution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Generates and qualifies leads by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researches and analyzes sales options.

Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researches and recommends new opportunities (including cross-selling opportunities within RCM&D).

Remains current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Maintains an exceptional level of service to clients by establishing and enforcing corporate standards of excellence.

Works with divisions to sell all products/solutions and services offered by RCM&D ("Sell the firm").

Meets new business revenue budget (Annual Sales revenue).

Maintains all prospect information in the sales management system.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

Minimum Qualifications: 2 - 3 years of sales experience.

Strong Knowledge of industry trends and all products including new insurance company and alternative market solutions (preferred).

Exceptional communication, negotiation, collaboration, and leadership skills.

College degree or equivalent experience required.

Property and Casualty license desired for cross-selling opportunities (can be obtained while employed with RCM&D).

Advanced insurance designations, such as CIC, CPCU, CEBS, CLU or other pertinent designations desirable. Appropriate jurisdictional license required (can be obtained while working at RCM&D).

Must possess strong interpersonal skills in written and verbal communication, planning and analysis.

Sales experience in a professional services environment in lieu of industry experience will be strongly considered.

Clear driving record.
