Marketing Manager
Little Ferry, NJ, United States
About Our Client
Our client is transforming a significant, overlooked concern in a particular industry: the prompt fix of issues. While various aspects of the industry have advanced through technological advancements (e.g., online ordering, point-of-sale), repairs and maintenance (R&M) have remained stagnant…
The hiring company introduced an R&M management platform tailored for the industry in 2018. Their tech-infused solution encompasses on-demand repair management and preventive maintenance. Through this platform, clients can leverage data-driven insights and around-the-clock support to oversee their establishments, reduce R&M expenses, and minimize the time their team dedicates to equipment repairs.
About the Team
Team members, also known as "86ers," are diligent, ambitious, and inventive individuals collaborating across numerous states and various time zones. The team comprises both seasoned professionals from the industry and those from other backgrounds. Recognizing that the team's power transcends physical office boundaries, they operate fully remotely. Team-building events are frequently held, featuring delectable meals at customer establishments.
The hiring company seeks talented individuals who can provide fresh perspectives to enrich the team and propel collective growth. They value individuals who are at ease with rapid changes and are enthusiastic about constructing a successful enterprise together. As they are continuously addressing new challenges, they require team members who thrive under such conditions.
