About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Managing Director, People Support Partner (Business Partner) to join their dynamic and mission-driven team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic partnership to executives and team leaders in the specific areas of talent management, people development, and staff experience. This role is pivotal in fueling the organization's growth and success by ensuring the maximization of each person's and team's contribution, ultimately leading to the formation of the most talented and diverse teams.
