Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Call Center Representative for a legal firm focusing on class action claims . The ideal candidate will handle incoming and outgoing calls related to medical claims, providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, claims processes, and legal procedures related to medical claims.
This is an ONSITE position
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding medical claims.
Provide accurate information and assistance to clients about their claims status, procedures, and required documentation.
Conduct initial claim intake and gather necessary information from clients to file medical claims.
Verify and update client information in the system.
Assist clients in understanding the claims process and resolving any issues or concerns.
Collaborate with legal and medical professionals to ensure accurate and timely processing of claims.
Document all client interactions and maintain detailed records in the system.
Follow up with clients to provide updates on their claims and request additional information as needed.
Adhere to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to medical claims.
Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive client information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.
Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center, customer service, or medical claims role.
Strong understanding of medical terminology, claims processes, and legal procedures related to medical claims.
Proficiency in using call center software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
