As a Regional Sales Director, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by connecting with clients and presenting cutting-edge product demonstrations that meet their needs.

Responsibilities

Prospect & Develop Business: Utilize multiple channels including calls, emails, social networks, and in-person visits to actively prospect for new multifamily business opportunities.

Build Relationships: Cultivate meaningful relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Present Demonstrations: Showcase our products and services to clients, making recommendations and qualifying their needs.

Prepare Proposals: Create and present proposals, quotes, and contracts, coordinating solutions with relevant departments.

Log Activities: Maintain accurate records of sales activities using our CRM tool (Salesforce).

Travel: Regularly travel within your region, attend trade shows/events, and occasionally travel outside your area.

Qualifications

Sales Experience: Two or more years of sales experience within the multifamily housing industry is preferred along with an established network of connections within the multifamily industry.

Startup Experience: Experience working for a startup or in a scaling culture with a high degree of autonomy.

Integrity: Uphold the utmost integrity in all dealings with clients and colleagues.

Resilience: Demonstrate a goal-oriented mindset and a track record of exceeding expectations.

Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset, supporting the success of colleagues and the overall team.

Negotiation Skills: Possess strong skills in persuasion, negotiation, and closing deals.

Positive Attitude: Exhibit positivity and a willingness to contribute to the improvement of the team and the company.

Remote Work: Ability to work remotely while being based near New Orleans.
