We are seeking a creative and strategic social media manager to join BPM Music’s marketing team. In this role, you will develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement, grow our audience, and enhance our brand presence across various platforms. You’ll work with the marketing team to create compelling content and ensure our social media efforts align with BPM Music’s overall objectives.
A successful candidate will have a robust background in content planning and creation, as well as proficiency with social media management platforms like Later, Sprout Social, and HootSuite. They should have a passion for staying up-to-date with current trends, a strong understanding of social media performance metrics, and familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp. Additionally, they should have an in-depth knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Effective communication using tools like Slack is also essential. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to shape BPM Music's social media strategy and engage with a vibrant community of music lovers.
What You'll Do:
Manage Social Media Accounts : Create, monitor, and implement on-brand content to enhance brand presence, drive engagement, and grow our audience across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Ensure consistency and quality across all platforms.
Content Creation : Collaborate with an in-house team of videographers, photographers, and designers to execute compelling content that aligns with BPM Music’s brand values and marketing goals. Proficiency in creating, editing, and posting UGC-style content pieces alongside of the more produced content is essential.
Engage with Audience : Actively engage with our audience on various social media platforms to foster a vibrant and interactive community.
Analyze & Report : Create reports on performance metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work with the marketing team and other departments to ensure social media efforts are integrated into broader marketing initiatives.
Stay Current : Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure BPM Music remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
Who You Are:
Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the music or entertainment industry.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop plan content in harmony with our marketing initiatives.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A creative thinker with a passion for content creation and audience engagement.
Proficient in social media analytics tools and platforms.
Knowledgeable in social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Experienced in using project management tools like ClickUp.
Skilled in using Slack for team communication and collaboration.
