Social Media & Influencer Operations Manager

We’re looking for a Social Media Operations Manager for an established San Diego-based OnlyFans growth marketing company. In this role, you’ll work across internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client communications with the primary objective of helping creator and influencer clients grow and monetize their audiences across social media.
Please note: this is a San Diego-based position with an office in La Jolla (3 days in-office required)
Our ideal candidate is extremely organized, an expert communicator, and has an expert-level knowledge of social media content monetization strategies and the OnlyFans platform.
The primary objectives of this role are:
1). Ensure organized and successful internal operations across the social media team - you’re responsible for accountability and execution
2). Provide impeccable client communication to ensure they’re happy and motivated by the growth achieved in subscriber numbers and revenue generated
Compensation, Perks & Benefits:
Base salary $80,000 - $100,000 annually depending on experience

Responsibilities:
Own social media operations and communications across both the internal team and clients, including strategy implementation and execution, results tracking & reporting, and optimization
Create both an internal and client-facing communications strategy that will deliver results and mitigate issues before they arise to instill confidence across all parties in the company’s ability to execute
Ensuring an incredible client experience with regular check-ins, knowledgeable insights, and acting as a trusted point of contact between them and the business
Regularly update Asana to reflect accurate project statuses, timelines, and client notes/updates
Work closely with the Social Creative Director on content strategy and implementation
Collaborate directly with CEO and Social Creative Director to develop audience growth and social monetization strategies and grow the OnlyFans client network
Help to manage Social Media Coordinators, who are responsible for posting, calendars, captions, and audience engagement
Escalate any client issues as needed, but do your best to resolve them first if/when possible
Be a trusted internal expert on social media operations and the OnlyFans platform; know about trends, competitors, content strategy,
Create and circulate regular analytics and performance reports for the internal teams, Executives, and clients
Requirements:
Must live in San Diego and work onsite 3 days a week the La Jolla office
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of social media management experience
Project management experience (Asana expertise a plus)
Expert-level knowledge of IG, TikTok, and Twitter
Strong grasp of and/or experience with the OnlyFans platform
Impeccable communication skills - written and spoken; must be a people-person
Proven experience managing communications across teams and clients
Comfortable working with and around adult-oriented content and with Content Creators who work in the adult industry
Knowledge of successful meme accounts, content creators, influencers, etc.
Analytical and able to extract data, create reports, present findings, and make decisions to facilitate audience and revenue growth
Highly motivated and self-starting - must be able to strategize and execute with minimal oversight on a day-to-day basis
Team-mentality. Must have a good attitude, maintain professionalism, be kind, and promote an overall healthy and people-first work environment
Respond to calls, texts, and emails in a timely manner and with a sense of urgency
Function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Work well and calmly under pressure
Proficient with Google products and project management software
