Project Coordinator / Outreach and Communications

Responsibilities

Location: This position allows for Hybrid/D.c. (at least 3 times a week)

Responsibilities:

In this role the candidate will:

* Perform a variety of support functions to ensure programs, projects and business operational activities are completed successfully on time and within budget.

* Assist Program/Project Managers in all aspects from project initiation to completion and perform daily engagement with program/project staff and contractor support as well as stakeholder outreach and coordination.

* Perform organizing activities such as organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings, set up schedules and timelines to monitor progress and help make sure the project meets its goals, and track dates, budgets, and other information using office productivity and approved FAA tools.

* Track and identify action items to ensure completion.

* Track and monitor risks, issues and opportunities from identification through resolution.

* Create and/or review reports, briefings, processes and procedures, status reports, and other artifacts.

* Develop PowerPoint and other written Briefings - Gathering input from key stakeholders, developing slides, creating graphics

* Schedule quarterly outreach events and ad-hoc meetings including:

* Reserve space, maintain invite lists, send and track attendance, develop briefing materials, track action items, collect questions, obtain answers and distribute back out to attendees

* Ensure all products and artifacts meet or exceed expectations for accuracy, clarity and quality.

Required Qualifications

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience (4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a bachelors is acceptable), OR Associates Degree and 5 years of relevant experience

* Advanced experience with PowerPoint

* Strong writing, communication, and coordination skills

* Ability to collect information and accurately translate the messages into power point.

Desired Qualifications

* Graphics experience is preferred but not required

* FAA experience highly desired

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis' total compensation package for employees.

USD $61,600.00 - USD $107,800.00 /Yr.
