As Senior Product Marketing Manager , you are responsible for shaping the strategy for key solutions in Relativity's expanding portfolio. You are expected to deeply understand the market and our tools, help drive strategic business planning, craft compelling positioning, and partner with a wide set of internal stakeholders to achieve product growth. With demonstrated success, this role has high growth potential and presents an opportunity to contribute significantly to the organization's highest priority initiatives.
Product Strategy & Market Research Become an expert in the product and value drivers across different segments and use cases
Shape the organization's go-to-market strategies with a deep understanding of the market, competitive landscape, customer needs, and more
Take a data-driven approach to developing go-to-market strategies and positioning, including market research, testing hypotheses with customers, and sharing insights
Adjust strategy and plans as market and business needs evolve, and effectively communicate changes to internal stakeholders
Demonstrate command of commercial packages and pricing, develop recommendations, and bring commercial adjustments to market
Cross-functional Partnership and Message-driven Communication Ability to create consensus across diverse sets of stakeholders and effectively drive decision-making for strategic initiatives and go-to-market plans
Transform complex, technical information into creative, concise, and easily digestible messages that resonate with target audiences
Manage successful completion of projects including planning, prioritizing, and organizing actions for cross-functional teams and ensuring continued alignment to objectives
Sales & Success Support Become an expert in the selling process, sales and success organizations, and their needs
Develop robust internal enablement plans and content to ensure customer-facing teams are adequately prepared for new product launches, commercial adjustments, and more
Anticipate field needs and arm sellers with impactful content that helps compel desired customer action
Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a related role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Expert in bothdeveloping and delivering presentations
Proficiency in Excel and with strategic planning skills (i.e. market sizing)
Experience or strong interest in the technology sector
Demonstrated ability to take complex feedback and iterate quickly
Preferred Qualifications Ambitious with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Highly cross-functional with the ability to partner with different teams across the company and rationalize their different points of view
Deep understanding of sales lifecycle and sales metrics Eight or more years of business-to-business marketing or similar experience.
Experience with channel sales and to/through partner messaging
Excellent problem solving and project management skills, ability to independently prioritize efforts based on company and team objectives
Meticulous attention to detail
Compensation Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.
This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $130,000 and $196,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
