The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a streamlined intake and prioritization process for MarTech capabilities, supporting the creation of an omni-channel operating model, and engaging with senior leaders to provide actionable insights and executive reporting. The role requires a unique blend of business, technology, and influential leadership to achieve results in a highly matrixed organization.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or sciences, with at least 6 years of marketing or equivalent experience, and a proven track record in driving marketing and digital transformation within a large organization. The position demands strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple initiatives under pressure. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, solutions-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong partnerships across various functions. A curious and analytical thinker, the candidate should be adept at using data to develop and drive enablement strategies. An MBA is preferred, and experience in consulting or the financial services industry is a plus.
