Job Description

The Marketing Coodinator will coordinate and implement marketing deliverables to support sales efforts within the Global Wealth and Asset Management business.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and implement communications results on time and within budget

Research, gather, and disseminate information for projects.

Support management team as needed

Develop strong internal and external department relationships

Work with other departments to source information and data for projects across media (digital, web, print, email, etc.)

Manage and reconcile multiple rounds of review by various parties including managers, compliance, legal, product, sales.

Handle operational processes to facilitate marketing campaigns such as compliance review, material creation and quality improvement.

What we are looking for: Bachelor's Degree is required.

1-3 years business experience preferred

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, including the ability to meet deadlines

Attention to detail, ability to lead multiple tasks within a fast paced environment

Self-starter

Research, information gathering and analytical skills

Desire to develop communications expertise and investment industry knowledge

Salary & Benefits

The annual base salary for this role is listed below.

Primary Location

Boston, Massachusetts

Salary range is expected to be between

$68,475.00 USD - $114,125.00 USD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
