The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assessing traffic needs for the Marketing Operations and Creative Services organizations so that digital and print projects are delegated appropriately based on workload and project priority.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage the marketing schedule
Work closely with Creative Services to balance workloads and evaluate and assign projects
Develop and maintain traffic management guidelines and process documentation
Maintain workload data for monthly and quarterly metric reports
Assist with Workfront Project Management system
Communicate job status information to all team members
Expedite and prioritize rush projects accordingly
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
At least 1-3 years' experience as a Marketing Coordinator / Traffic Manager handling digital projects
Proven ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while working under pressure
Extremely well-organized, comfortable with details as well as big picture
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
