As part of our team, you'll work closely with management to craft and implement exciting promotional campaigns aimed at boosting brand recognition both in-house and through grassroots efforts. You will be actively engaging with our guests at events, distributing marketing materials, and implementing strategies to captivate our audience.This position entails developing and executing tailored marketing plans for our diverse restaurant concepts, ensuring alignment with our overarching brand vision and business objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing and Promotion:
Develop integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
Spearhead business development initiatives by leveraging local media (TV/Radio) management expertise to drive brand visibility, audience engagement, and revenue growth.
Leverage social media platforms to promote special offers, events, menu updates, and other initiatives to engage customers and drive conversions.
Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to create visually compelling content for social media and marketing materials.
Utilize email marketing, SMS campaigns, and other digital channels to communicate with customers and build loyalty.
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the restaurant's reach and revenue streams.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve profitability, and enhance the overall business performance.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok).
Manage the creation and curation of engaging content, including posts, videos, stories, and blogs, that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand identity.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze social media metrics and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and optimize performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, digital advertising, and influencer partnerships.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing and events, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing techniques.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
