Engagement Consultant Avantiico is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement consultants to work within consulting teams assisting large brands build new business platforms using Microsoft technology. The position will act as a business solution subject matter expert for customers and internal teams on Microsoft Dynamics CE (Customer Engagement/CRM) projects (implementations, customization, migrations, and more). ABOUT THE POSITION YOUR FOCUS Deliver solution advisory and feature consulting for the full Dynamics 365 implementation lifecycle
Develop presentations and scope solutions for prospective clients
Assist with new customer implementations
Lead and conduct requirements gathering sessions
Plan and deliver end-user training
Provide recommendations for improvements, options and risk considerations
Mentor and train new team members
Support 3rd party products as added to product stack
Demonstrate advanced analysis skills and expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) and other relevant technologies to provide detailed, highly viable options and scoping/estimates for solution implementations
Analyze customer business requirements and the design of technical solutions to meet their goals including functional & non-functional requirements
Able to deliver solutions to clients along with excellent service while ensuring the implementation of best practices based on Microsoft Dynamics standards and supported configuration/customizations
Able to create sustainable client solutions and detailed project documentation
Plan and deliver end-user training
Able to ensure that all implementations are successful according to the service level agreement: on time and on budget
Can be responsible for light project management, configuration, data import, and supporting our existing customer base
YOUR EXPERIENCE Build on your Microsoft implementation experiences: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Work Experience Required
Remote
6+ years of Dynamics 365, Microsoft CRM implementation experience
Hands-on implementation experience with full lifecycle implementations
User design, security, workflow design
Experience with both CRM on-premises and online versions
Familiarity with Agile methodology
