ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Run regular meetings with both Development teams & Project Stakeholders
Define, implement & track metrics/KPIs to measure project success
Schedule meetings as needed with Customers to coordinate integration testing
Become a Subject Matter Expert on your assigned project areas
Prioritize your assignments and deliver on time with minimal oversight
Adhere to the goal of delivering and maintaining the highest quality of software
Learn our business model and understand existing enterprise applications
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years prior experience with hands-on software development
2+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Manager OR 2+ years in a Project Coordination or Team Lead role
1+ years working experience with Data Analytics & visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
Outstanding communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with build/release processes and continuous integration
BONUS POINTS:
Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry
Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science
