Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Business Systems Analyst and collaborate with enterprise architects and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop a Business Enterprise Architecture to support strategic goals and provide recommendations and help define a roadmap to advance from current to future state  for a regional enterprise level organization that is committed to operability and sustainability. This individual will perform business systems analysis and/or systems analysis with a focus in Software, Data Integration, Cyber Security, Networking and/or IT Infrastructure projects.

This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid in Vancouver, WA with onsite 1-2 days weekly.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 - $67.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.

The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:

A degree in information technology, computer science, technical management, information management, engineering, business systems, or a directly related technical discipline is preferred.

10 years of experience is required with an applicable associate degree.

8 years of experience is required with an applicable bachelor's degree.

12 years of experience is required without a degree or applicable degree.

Experience should include business systems analysis with a focus in Networking and Infrastructure projects. Expert level practitioner in business systems analysis and/or systems analysis with a focus in Software, Data Integration, Cyber Security, Networking and/or IT Infrastructure projects. (Project business system analysis experience required; do not include Service Desk or O&M experience).

5 years of experience with analysis, project, and change management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.

5 years of experience with Business Process Management and related change efforts.

Proven experience with business modeling and business architecture frameworks.

Advanced proficiency in business writing and preparing presentation materials.

Experience documenting processes in Visio and/or other flowchart tools.

Familiarity with The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF).

Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Proficient in the use of SharePoint.
