Summary You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Marine Forces Reserve/Marine Forces South of MARFORRES NOLA. Responsibilities You will execute civilian personnel management functions in such areas as recruitment, classification, performance management, and awards. You will create Request for Personnel Action (RPA) for recruitments and attach all required information in order to forward for processing. You will support the Performance Award Review Board (PARB) by providing leadership any information necessary to complete. You will serve as a point of contact for management status reporting requirements, administering the in and out-processing of civilian personnel, and serve as a liaison to the Human Resources Office. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing expertise and advising management in resolving issues for civilian manpower actions (i.e. performance evaluations, training, benefits, pay, leave, and/or other technical manpower issues); AND utilizing federal government manpower management and/or administrative data systems (i.e. Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS); USA Staffing; Avue; Onboarding Provisioning and Asset Tracking System; and USA Jobs); and conducting and participating in special studies on organizational structure to improve an organization.
