Summary You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Marine Forces Reserve/Marine Forces South of MARFORRES NOLA. Responsibilities You will execute civilian personnel management functions in such areas as recruitment, classification, performance management, and awards. You will create Request for Personnel Action (RPA) for recruitments and attach all required information in order to forward for processing. You will support the Performance Award Review Board (PARB) by providing leadership any information necessary to complete.
