**What you’ll do:**

+ _Be a leader of leaders; you will drive daily activities of a national account executive team_

+ _You will be both a player and coach; contributing to long term strategies and business objectives_

+ _Manage portfolios of large scale subscription customer to achieve monthly sales goals_

+ _Maintain existing relationships and generate new revenue by upselling new and existing products_

+ _Generate new enterprise-level relationships by selling emergent products and existing products to prospective customers_

+ _Collaborate with revenue operations and sales leadership to develop sales strategies_

+ _Serve as the main point of contact and expert for customers with complex and developing needs_

+ _Own the renewal process for customer in the strategic accounts books of business_

+ _Drives alignment, consistency, cohesiveness in people practices, team management and revenue to achieve department and company goals_

+ _Effectively guide and grow an innovative workforce by establishing goals and creating a culture where employees strive to provide a best in class customer experience_

+ _Provide reporting and assessment on national account executive performance and development, and achievement as needed_

+ _Proactively identify opportunities for corrective action and counsel, discipline, and/or administration of warnings to staff when adherence to policy and quality are not met._

+ _Leading and implementing change management initiatives, keeping in compliance with industry regulatory practices and departmental rules and policies. Recommendations for updating departments standard operating procedure (SOP) documents._

+ _Partner with HR & Recruiting to assist in the hiring, coaching, training and development of the staff and any necessary disciplinary action._

+ _Collaborate with the Learning and Development staff to facilitate a successful transition from training to production._

+ _Business Travel expected 50% or more of the time. Travel required to meet face to face with some of the top customers segments either at their offices or at Trade Shows._

**How we work**

+ We balance creativity and innovation on a foundation of in-person collaboration. For most roles, our employees work three or more days in our offices, where they have the opportunity to collaborate in-person, adding richness to our culture and knitting us closer together. This will be a remote opportunity.

**What you’ll bring:**

+ _Minimum of 5 years management experience in sales and marketing experience with a proven track record in sales and managing sales funnels and pipelines_

+ _Bachelor’s degree Preferred or equivalent experience_

+ _Experience working with and selling to large accounts while delivering top notch customer service_

+ _Experience in multiple selling situations and interfacing directly with senior decision-making clients._

+ _Direct experience building and developing a leadership team._

+ _Experience tracking, measuring and holding teams accountable to defined KPI's_

+ _Ability to work effectively, both independently and in a team environment_

+ _Ability to work and influence decisions cross functionally and within Sr. leadership_

+ _Ability to be a self-starter and utilize proactive approach to achieve results_

+ _Superior time management and prioritization in an atmosphere of multiple, shifting priorities and deadline pressures_

+ _Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills_

+ _Flexible schedule and strong sense of urgency_

+ _Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written_

+ _Knowledge of, and or previous experience with Microsoft office, & G-suite (Gmail, Google calendar, Docs etc.)_

_The quoted salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect in the listed locations. We tailor our offers based on the selected candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, location and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process. All ranges are location based, ranges for positions in other locations may vary based on the local market._

_Salary Range for select office locations_

_Westlake Village, CA $150,000.00 - $210,000.00_

_Pay-for-performance is a key element in our strategy to attract, engage, and motivate talented people to do their best work. Accordingly, offers extended for this role will include an annual bonus target typically expressed as percentage of salary. Similarly to salary, annual incentive bonus targets are set based on a variety of factors including job level, competitive market practice, experience, tenure, and essential skills._
