A local auto dealership is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to receive and post payments, maintain A/R records, prepare daily bank deposit, and more. An accounting background and automotive dealership experience is preferred.
Duties - Accounts Receivable Clerk:
Receive and post payments, maintain accounts receivable records
Stocking in new and used vehicles
Generate accounting statements and reports
Research cash receipts, post receipts, and prepare daily bank deposit
Oversee customer accounts, A/R write-offs and payment reversals
Skills/Experience - Accounts Receivable Clerk:
Accounts receivable/accounting and automotive experience is preferred
Familiar with accounting transactions and dealer trade
Proficient in Excel
Reynolds & Reynolds /era ignite proficiency is preferred
Detail oriented
Analytical, process and solution oriented
Good communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude and professional appearance
