Job Title: Legal Office Administrator
Location: Beaverton, Oregon -Hybrid
Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000
LHH isseeking an experienced Legal Office Administrator to join our client'steam in Beaverton, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in law firm office administration and possess strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the legal office, including administrative tasks and facilities management.
Oversee administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Coordinate with attorneys and support staff to streamline workflow and optimize productivity.
Manage office budget and expenses, including vendor contracts and invoice processing.
Handle human resources functions such as recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
Serve as a liaison between attorneys, staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information and documents.
Stay updated on relevant legal regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Prior experience working in a law firm office administration role.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in office software and technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies, or related field preferred.
