Commercial Operations Manager_

The **Commercial Operations Manager** is responsible for providing timely reporting and insight on the regional sales data and activities. Directly supporting a dedicated sales region and driving the development and implementation of our sales analytics while identifying trends and recommend solutions or processes to enable sales effectiveness. Our goal is to increase our analytical capabilities and drive actionable insight against our Sales business priorities and pursuits.

**What You Will Do (Job Responsibilities)**

+ Assist in the design and monitoring of sales programs

+ Support in design and development of CRM to provide sales teams with the right tools.

+ Coordinate and report weekly sales targets for the sales team

+ Run daily/weekly analytics and create dashboards to synthesize information around sales quotas, weekly/ monthly targets, progress against targets, gaps, and corrective actions.

+ Prepare materials to support sales teams in sales calls

+ Help with targeting customer accounts with the entire product portfolio with appropriate collateral, stakeholder mapping, etc.

+ Partner with sales and operations team to manage internal and customer-initiated operational issues with full path to resolution

+ Prepare materials for deal desk for key pursuits.

+ Manage S&OP demand plan for Point of Sale and Insite360 (NA)

+ 5+ Years of experience supporting sales or product organization required.

+ 2+ Years of experience data analysis and reporting experience

+ 2+ Years of retail convenience industry experience preferred

+ Strong reporting tools capabilities, i.e. Salesforce, Excel, PowerBI

+ Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes

+ Developing processes and working with complex organizational structure and ambiguity

The base compensation range for this position is $110,000 to $150,000 per year. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon a number of factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
