Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
Oversee all aspects of the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention of employees.
Manage employee relations activities, including addressing employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner.
Lead the performance management process, including setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching to employees.
Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with industry standards and organizational objectives.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Implement employee development programs, including training, coaching, and career development initiatives, to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a culture of belonging and respect in the workplace.
Collaborate with senior management to provide HR guidance and support on organizational changes, restructuring, and strategic initiatives.
Lead and mentor HR staff members, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to senior management to track HR performance and progress towards organizational goals.
Stay informed of emerging HR trends, best practices, and technologies to continually improve HR processes and
Admin Management
Overseeing facilities management to ensure office spaces are well-maintained and conducive to productivity.
Directing office administration processes such as reception, mail distribution, and procurement to uphold operational efficiency.
Developing and managing budgets for administrative expenses, optimizing resource allocation.
Establishing and enforcing organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
Facilitating internal communication and liaising with external stakeholders as needed.
Coordinating projects by managing resources and monitoring progress.
Identifying and mitigating operational risks to minimize disruptions.
Managing technology resources to enhance operational effectiveness.
Collaborating with senior management to align administrative objectives with organizational goals.
Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and special events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging catering as needed by Top Leadership.
REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Power BI, and Teams at an intermediate level.
Possess knowledge of Total Rewards Fundamentals encompassing Compensation, Organizational Development, and Benefits.
Skilled in utilizing various research tools to gather information on diverse subjects.
Demonstrated proficiency in human resources software, including compensation and benefits platforms, alongside a thorough understanding of employment laws.
Proven ability in leadership, with hands-on experience in effectively organizing and guiding teams.
Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Korean and English , essential for presentations and team management.
Strong interpersonal abilities conducive to collaboration and relationship-building with colleagues.
Responsibilities entail coordinating work activities and ensuring staff meet their obligations.
Proficient in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects concurrently.
Demonstrated strong technical writing skills in both Korean and English.
Must be available to travel up to 20% of the time.
Ability to lift 50 ~100 lbs.
