COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE MARKETING COORDINATOR needed for the top producing broker in the Midtown Manhattan Office of Marcus & Millichap, the largest real estate investment brokerage firm in the US. We are looking for a bright individual interested in advancing their career by joining a successful and growing commercial real estate brokerage team. Potential candidates should have a professional demeanor, strong written, verbal, and mathematical skills as well as good phone manner. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is essential. Candidate should be comfortable working in a busy, corporate sales environment.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Extraordinary attention to detail
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Must have minimum of 2 years of experience as a marketing coordinator
Graphic design experience preferred
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
Preparing Marketing Packages & Proposals
Manage Email Marketing Campaign
Creating spreadsheets and data tables in Excel
Preparing flyers and advertisements/coordinate marketing efforts
Management of Online Presence on Social Media Platforms
Manage Team Website Content
Process Listings Internally
Scheduling/Plan Client Events
Some Administrative Duties
Anticipated Compensation $70,000 - $80,000 annually
