Are you an in-person and visual communicator with excellent organizational skills who wants to make an impact? DAF Products is a family-owned-and-operated small business with a big footprint, based in Wyckoff, NJ. Our industrial fabrics are used by our manufacturing and distribution customers to make products in a variety of industries, including healthcare, tent/structure, aerospace, graphic media, automotive, and many more applications.
We are searching for a Marketing Coordinator who can assist the Vice President/Owner to manage digital communications and website, create internal and customer-facing marketing materials, work with our sales team on samples and sales materials, and organize trade shows and events. Ability to train the sales team on new items is a plus. This is not a social media marketing position.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual with the ability to interact with different teams and divisions as well as successfully implement on-message digital communication with a focus on supporting business-to-business sales.
Responsibilities:
Digital communication - Email blasts, LinkedIn posts, etc.
Update websites
Create marketing materials for sales team - e.g. Sell sheets, sales literature, etc.
Create, organize, and track samples
Manage trade shows, open houses, and events, including show, logistics, materials, and samples
Communication with sales team, including training on new products
Assist Vice President as needed

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Professional experience in marketing and/or events
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate understanding of, and willingness to learn, technology, including business social media (LinkedIn), email communication, Microsoft office suite, WordPress, and graphic/marketing materials creation
Interest in and willingness to learn about industrial fabrics, technical textiles, and printable media
