Job Responsibilities:
Provides Application/Production support in areas of incident management, monitoring and request fulfilment. This includes weekend on-call support.
Provide support to OIM by handling problem tickets, stuck requests, server maintenance, Configuration management, administration, patching(Middleware and
OIM) and deployments.
Performing Health Check, Maintenance & Release activities.
Monitoring logs via SPLUNK.

We need OIM engineer that can troubleshoot system level issues, slow performance, create and install certificates, analyze application system logs, manually deploy code, etc. And walk in the door and start supporting.
There are 3 levels of ops support.
Level 1 is helpdesk
Level 2 is Admin support
Level 3 is System support (this team)
