As a BI Analyst:
Business Intelligence Analyst who will be responsible for gathering, organizing, analyzing, and visualizing data from various systems to tell impactful stories and provide insight to decision making.
Responsibilities:
Drive critical thinking and insight into challenging, unstructured decisions and problems and work with leaders in the project to bring those insights into action
Partner with various corporate groups (Finance, HR, IT, etc.) to provide needed data and information, as well as ensuring smooth operational support from them
Provides guidance and support toward project strategies and processes, creates metric definition and analysis, monitoring, documentation as well as root-cause analysis, and best practices
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of related experience
Experience in PowerBI, Data Analytics, and Reporting
Bachelor's degree in statistics, business analytics, data science, or equivalent quantitative field
Experience designing, building, and managing dashboards, reports, and datasets in Power BI Service
Experience using Power Query and Power Pivot in MS Excel, as well as other advanced features of MS Excel such as VBA, advanced formulas, and more is required.
Experience with data warehouse design and data governance best practices preferred.
Working knowledge of project controls tools, including scheduling and EVMS tools and project control requirements is a plus
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project.
Experience with Atlassian tools such as Confluence and JIRA a bonus

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $60/hr - 65/hr on W2
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
