The Director, Business Development will be a member of the sales organization focused on selling with and through Bakkt strategic partners to activate the channel of merchants and financial institutions. You'll represent Bakkt's breadth of game-changing and innovative crypto and digital assets platform solutions delivered through the B2B2 channel.
You should be able to articulate the benefits of various Relevant digital assets solutions for customers, banks and leading consumer brands - such as crypto trading, loyalty and rewards redemption to a digital wallet, pay by points, P2P of crypto or the custody of NFTs
Requirements
BS/BA in Accounting or advanced degree
Excellent communication skills with experience representing a company's offerings to senior and executive level management (both internal and external)
Prospecting, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, Discovery, Sales Process, Deal Closing and Negotiation
Strategic Account Management Comfort with operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Self-starter with excellent listening, verbal, and written communication, and interpersonal skills Experience using tools in the sales stack including Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo Experienced sales in software, Fintech or Crypto companies
Prior track record of success in Channel Sales Responsibilities
