Your Role and Responsibilities :
Lead tax engagements, ensuring the delivery of quality tax services to our clients.
Prepare and review corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns, demonstrating strong technical experience in federal and multi-state returns.
Conduct in-depth research and develop strategic tax planning for complex issues.
Train and mentor staff, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
Utilize tax preparation software efficiently, with Ultra Tax experience being a significant advantage.
What We Look For :
Bachelor's degree (Master's in Taxation preferred).
A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, showcasing your ability to navigate the complexities of multi-state taxation.
Big four consulting experience is a plus.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to nurture client relationships and lead our dedicated team.
A commitment to excellence and a desire to contribute to a team that strives for continuous improvement.
***CPA certification is preferred but not a pre-requisite.
