• General notes about the job A lot of processing – work papers that go over to the public firms that prepare our returns – managing that flow, managing and reviewing the tax returns that come in, dealing with any tax issues that we have
Projections in Excel – personal income derived from all of our entities – 5 years (depreciation, net income, escalations, etc.)
Learning the SVP of Tax and Accounting job – dealing with public accounting tax professionals, organizing timing of reviews, review and sign off on tax returns and getting signatures over to the owner – January through August
• Ideal growth path is for them to grow and take over SVP of Tax and Accounting job in 5 years • Interview process: 1st over Teams with SVP of Tax and Accounting then come in person to Conshy office if that goes well
