PXiSE Energy Solutions is seeking a Customer Support Specialist!
**Job Summary**
The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for executing various business functions to control daily cross-departmental operations. This role is key in assisting the successful execution and implementation of ongoing and upcoming projects.
The successful candidate should be detailed oriented and will be responsible for coordinating business activities, monitor and track progress and handle any issues that arise. The Coordinator should have the ability to work independently with minimal managerial supervision.
Skills required for this position include organizing and maintaining business materials, savvy internal and external stakeholder communication, creating and managing non-project records, and an analytical prowess to determine the necessary resources to fulfill deliverables. A must for solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

**DUTIES/RESULTS:**
* Computer proficiency and systems administrator experience with the entire Microsoft Office365 Suite, SharePoint, Dynamics365, and a familiarity with project management software.
* Excellent interpersonal relationship skills in addition to verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to be creative, organized, and operate independently in a high-paced, foreign environment.
**Education:**
* Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, Records Management, or a related field. The equivalent combination of education and experience will suffice.
**Prior Experience:**
* 5+ year of experience in project or program coordination and coordination/communication with multiple stakeholders.
